At MK0KM_ DESIGN, we prioritize your satisfaction. However, we do not accept returns or refunds for purchases. We stand by our product quality and will resolve any issues quickly and effectively.

Store Credit Coupons

If an issue arises with your order, we will provide a store credit coupon equal to the purchase value, usable for a future order.

Eligibility for Coupons

You may request a coupon if:

• The product is damaged or defective.

• The product received is incorrect.

Note: Customized, altered, or discounted items are not eligible.

How to Request a Coupon

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info.mk0km@design.com with:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

Coupon Terms

• Valid for 6 months from issuance.

• Cannot be combined with other discounts.

• Usable on all store products.

Defective or Non-Conforming Items

As per Italian law, defective or non-conforming items are eligible for repair, replacement, or store credit under the 2-year legal warranty.
