At MK0KM DESIGN, we ship worldwide.

Processing and delivery times

All orders are made to order by our production team. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing.

After processing, transit typically takes 10–30 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs

United States: flat rate EUR 9.90, free shipping on orders of EUR 100 or more. South Korea: flat rate EUR 14.90, free shipping on orders of EUR 150 or more. Other destinations: calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships.

Customs and duties

For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and related charges may be collected by the carrier from the customer. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Address responsibility

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. MK0KM DESIGN is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info.mk0km@mk0km-design.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the order, as applicable. Please include your order details and any relevant photos or documentation.
